Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis implementasi teknologi kecerdasan buatan (AI) dalam administrasi publik untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, transparansi, dan kepercayaan publik. Seiring dengan perkembangan digitalisasi, AI telah terbukti meningkatkan efisiensi operasional hingga 40%, mengurangi waktu pemrosesan dokumen hingga 60%, dan mengoptimalkan pengelolaan sumber daya manusia. AI juga berkontribusi pada peningkatan transparansi melalui penggunaan blockchain, yang memastikan akuntabilitas dan meminimalkan manipulasi data, serta memfasilitasi akses informasi publik secara real-time. Disisi lain, penerapan AI berpotensi meningkatkan kepercayaan publik terhadap pemerintah dengan menciptakan sistem administrasi yang lebih transparan dan responsif. Namun, tantangan seperti kesenjangan digital, keamanan data, dan resistensi terhadap perubahan tetap menjadi hambatan dalam implementasi AI di sektor publik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan analisis literatur untuk menggali dampak AI terhadap aspek-aspek tersebut dan memberikan rekomendasi bagi pengambilan kebijakan dalam transformasi digital sektor publik di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun tantangan yang ada, manfaat jangka panjang dari penggunaan AI, terutama dalam hal efisiensi dan transparansi, sangat signifikan dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik.
