AI Dalam Administrasi Publik: Solusi Cerdas Untuk Masalah Kompleks di Sektor Publik

Transformasi digital dalam administrasi publik telah membawa perubahan signifikan, di mana penerapan teknologi Artificial Intelligence (AI) menjadi salah satu solusi utama untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas pelayanan pemerintah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pemanfaatan AI dalam memperbaiki efektivitas pelayanan publik, serta mengidentifikasi tantangan dan peluang yang dihadapi dalam implementasinya di sektor publik. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan analisis literatur, mengkaji data sekunder dari berbagai sumber terkait implementasi AI dalam administrasi publik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa AI dapat meningkatkan efisiensi layanan publik hingga 56%, menghemat biaya operasional, dan meningkatkan kepuasan masyarakat. Meskipun demikian, implementasi AI di sektor publik menghadapi sejumlah tantangan, termasuk keterbatasan infrastruktur, kesenjangan kompetensi digital pegawai, dan masalah keamanan data. Penelitian ini juga menyoroti pentingnya kesiapan ekosistem digital dan pengembangan kapasitas sumber daya manusia dalam menghadapi tantangan transformasi digital. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini memberikan wawasan tentang potensi besar AI dalam mendukung pemerintahan yang lebih transparan, responsif, dan efisien, serta mengidentifikasi langkah-langkah strategis yang diperlukan untuk mengatasi hambatan dalam adopsinya.
