Author Guidelines

Authors are invited to submit original manuscripts that are relevant to the focus and scope of the Jurnal Ilmu Sosial, Ekonomi dan Pendidikan. Manuscripts should be prepared according to the journal template and written in Indonesian or English using clear and appropriate academic language.

 

Manuscript Preparation

Manuscripts should be prepared according to the following guidelines:

  1. Title
    The title should be concise, informative, and accurately reflect the main focus of the study.
  2. Author Information
    Include the full name of each author, institutional affiliation, country, and email address. One author must be designated as the corresponding author.
  3. Abstract
    The abstract should briefly present the background or purpose, methods, main findings, and conclusion of the study in a clear and concise manner.
  4. Keywords
    Provide 3–5 keywords that represent the main topics of the manuscript.
  5. Introduction
    Present the research background, relevant literature, research gap, novelty or significance of the study, and research objectives.
  6. Method
    Clearly describe the research design, participants or data sources, instruments or data collection procedures, and data analysis methods as applicable.
  7. Results and Discussion
    Present the main findings clearly and discuss their meaning in relation to relevant theories, previous studies, and the contribution of the research.
  8. Conclusion
    Summarize the main findings and their implications. Recommendations may be included when relevant.
  9. References
    References should be relevant, credible, and preferably derived from recent scholarly sources. Authors are encouraged to use reference management software such as Mendeley, Zotero, or EndNote and ensure consistency between in-text citations and the reference list.

 

Submission

Manuscripts must be submitted electronically through the journal's Online Journal System (OJS). Authors should ensure that the manuscript follows the journal template and that all required metadata are completed correctly during submission.
