Aim and Scope

Aim

TATANUSA aims to promote high-quality scholarly research and critical discourse on the transformation of the public sector, with particular emphasis on public administration, public policy, governance, institutional reform, innovation, digital transformation, and public service development. The journal seeks to bridge academic research, policy development, and public sector practice by publishing studies that provide theoretically sound, empirically supported, and practically relevant insights for strengthening public institutions and governance.
