Jurnal Kajian Hukum dan Syariah (JKHS) is a peer-reviewed academic journal dedicated to advancing scholarly research and critical discourse in the fields of law and Sharia. The journal publishes original research articles, conceptual studies, and critical reviews addressing contemporary issues in Islamic law, Sharia, constitutional and public law, civil and criminal law, family law, economic and business law, human rights, legal policy, and the interaction between Islamic legal principles and modern legal systems.
