Journal of Public Sector Transformation (JPST) is an international peer-reviewed, open-access journal dedicated to advancing scholarly knowledge and professional practice in public administration, governance, public policy, and public sector innovation. The journal provides a multidisciplinary platform for researchers, academics, policymakers, and practitioners to publish high-quality research that addresses emerging challenges, transformative strategies, and innovative solutions for improving public sector performance at local, national, regional, and global levels.
JPST aims to promote rigorous theoretical, empirical, comparative, and interdisciplinary research that contributes to the transformation of public institutions through effective governance, evidence-based policymaking, administrative reform, digital transformation, sustainable public management, and collaborative governance.
